Libya’s central bank disputes NOC figures, insists oil revenues reached $361 million in early October

The Central Bank of Libya (CBL) has stood by its figures on oil revenues actually deposited into its accounts, saying they totaled $361 million between October 1 and 14, while welcoming independent audits by relevant authorities, including the Attorney General’s Office, to verify oil revenue records and procedures.
